use of video was effective and time to revisit and review was valuable.

The information in the video was clear, well illustrated and detailed. Each section was thorough and the test was straightforward to take. The links were easy to follow.

Just a little bit too in depth for average person. Good that the test did not reflect this.

I answered 2 questions wrong. Unfortunately after the event I have no idea what my shortcomings where so cannot reappraise the training material. Thought your tetrahedron nonsense was misleading. It confused a very simple well understood triangle of fire.

Excellent training programme - well worth doing

Having lived and worked in Germany for the last 19 years, speaking and reading German I did find the said programme easy to follow. I can recommend this programme to any Employer needing to train there workforce in this subject.

Well presented, easy to follow programme. It covered everything necessary to refresh ones awareness of fire and its consequences. Vry useful too with the firefighting aspects.

I believe this training program is made as good as possible, but reading text, watching videos and answering questions does not really prepare one to face real fire. Some practice (in using fire extinguishers, i,.e.) would be also good to have. Still, I'm happy and satisfied.

Thris training programme was very detailed and well explained , it was nice to see a fire extingusher being used, this is something i would of worried aabout if I was to come accross a fire. Clear instructions of how to operate it.
