Found the programme very precise and helpful.
a great program, would be very good for students aswell. gives lots of information and well presented.
The online training programme is pretty straight forward and easy to complete in one take. Maybe even mildly entertaining.. If only it was a bit shorter. 30 minutes would be better than 45, I think. But overall, quite useful I would say.
Time is short for everyone, so it is good to find a training program which is precise and to the point.
I found the programme informative and helpful. My only concern is that sometimes with more knowledge some people could feel more able to 'have a go' when this can perhaps delay the calling of professional help. I know the programmes make the point of making people aware but time in fire is always important.
Covered all the essential areas but the test at the end was quite easy and had question repeating in it. Overall the programme is good.
Too long to complete and rather more indepth and comprehensive than I would have expected for a fire "Awareness" course.
A straight forward, easy to understand presentation.
The videos were informative and contained all of the necessary information for the test.
