well made informative fire course

This training program was more succint and to the point with good information.

Useful. Could be shorter.

Easy to use, clear interactive softwear

too slow to bring up each point on the page so temptation to skip through. had to do it without sound, don't know if that made any difference?

Covers a good deal of ground and follows a logical process with only a few too simplistic moments - overall a good programme

The program stated clearly everything that an employee needed to know in terms that most people should understand.

Learned more than I thought especially about fire extinguishers

I thought the bare information was good and the whole process was very informative. I would say it could improve by being more specific at times. For example at times it would just say "This causes a chemical reaction and stops the fire" when I would prefer it if it could go into the details of the chemical reaction and explains how exactly is gets rid of the fire. However it may lack this because it would be harder to understand so I understand why they would not include it at the same time.

The only suggestion is to make it more clear that you should finish each course in one sitting without interruption.
