Concise, to the point and helpful
Like the fact that you have to go through everything before taking the test - no way of avoiding the theory, which makes you take it in more. Would prefer not to have sound which is a little disruptive in an office environment.

Sure we all need to brush up on such things as may indeed save lives one day! This program was easy to follow and very informative in a way which should be easy to remember. Learnt important details about the way to tackle a fire and which extinguisher's to use for what type of fire.

this was very good and easy to understand i could see this being used in the sea cadets if it was free for chairties
