A very good programme, the one aspect I would like to add is for all members of staff to be aware of where and how many fire extinguishers there are in their workplace no matter how big or small the workplace and where they are situated,and of what they may be used for. this is probably done at an induction but needs to be refreshed periodically. Very informative programme. Pictures,videos,subtitles and all descriptions make it easy to undertstand. Most of all, being able to review the questions and test gives one an opportunity to understand the topic better and answer the questions correctly.

A well-designed programme to get you to really grasp the basics of fire safety.

This training is the best Fire Training I have ever had. Much information and all the time I need to hear, see, read and understand everything. Now I know more than before.

I thought this was pretty good - I've been to some drawn out fire training things before, and this lets me do it in my own time, at my convenience, which I think is really important for most people

I found this programme very informative. The design and layout made it easy to study and complete. The information and subsequent modules were great for reinforcing what had just been learned.Enabling me to complete the training in stages was a good idea inasmuch as I didn't have to start again each time I came back to continue. I personally, liked the idea of the 20 question test at the end. This programme has made me confident that I would be able to do the right thing in the event of a fire.

I found the programme to be well presented and easily understood. The presentation is not too long and kept the attention span. The presenter's style is good without being overly technical. All in all a good to the point programme that offers VFM in an environmentally friendly manner.

This programme is really good, but you do need to be pre-warned that it does take time, and you need no distractions in the work place to be able to retain the information. I re-took the test again when the office was quiet, and gained more knowledge, and scored 100%

This seems to be written from the fire services perspective rather than what the person really needs to know in a fire situation. For example what colour background does dry powder fire extinguisher have? If it has dry powder written on it does it matter what colour the background is? Particularly as a lot of people are colour blind. Also understanding the different types of fire is important but not necessarily the categories! I have done one of these course before which was a lot shorter and therefore easier to remember the key points!
