Very informative, easy to understand a very good balance between written and visual instruction.

The programme was well explained and easy to understand and not too long either so covered everything efficiently

Teaches you a lot about the different types of fire and what to do encase you do experience any of these fires. It was presented in a very professional and interesting way that kept glued to the screen.

this was really eye opening and useful to know. Will definatley help me tackle a fire in the future.

Very well presented, but I've a couple of queries on the content from my fire awareness training in the nuclear industry.1. The first priority on discovering fire is to move to a safe location, then raise the alarm2. Only tackle a fire if you consider it to be manageable, and you have been trained. The first point was covered sensibly in the video, but in this context, training is taken to mean "hands-on" experience of using extinguishers, not just demonstrations on a video.

Enjoyable to complete with clear and concise instructions. Dealt with the subject matter in an enjoyable but thorough manner

The learning experience was made in bite size sections so that you do not feel overwhelmed - Very easy to learn and understand what you have been told
