Very informative and precise. The programme clearly illustrates through visuals which is a lot easier to remember than reading text.
Very good training programme, i feel much more aware of the actions i should take in the event of a fire.
An easy to use programme, however it can be a bit long winded and time consuming, and some of the introductory videos seem unnecessary. I enjoyed the interactive parts and I like the tests at the end of each part.

I found the course easy to follow and not too long.I like the idea of having a short test at the end of each section rather than a long test at the end.I find it helps to retain the information better.
