An interesting and informative programme, easy to follow and worthwhile.

A good training programme which was well structured and clearly presented.
Covers all appropriate areas that can be built on. Easy to deliver to small or larger groups up to about 25 persons. There is one piece of information that mentions "calling the emergency service by a nominated person" which I do not agree with but on the whole, a useful tool.
