I have been a Gatwick Hot works signatory for over 18 years, and this is a good, easily followed course for experienced,and inexperienced staff alike. Very clear and precise information. Only one little gripe.....i did all the sections on my lap top, and when you get to the test, you are then asked to connect to a printer.......i wasnt , and had to do the test the day after.

Great programme, learnt a lot of factual and relevant information in regards to dealing with a fire.
A good training review, very clear and concise details but perhaps a bit long-winded or repetitive in some places - maybe some more interactive screens instead/as well as of lots of videos.
Very imformative programme. A little more time consuming than I expected and have experienced from other similar online training I have done. I liked the interaction applied-encouraging user to spot fire hazards.
