easy and interactive

very easy to undeerstand, some questions catched me out. but overall i think it was very useful. it has helped me understand more about fire.

the website was useful and i learnt a lot about fires which i didnt know before, i found the questions useful and i learnts lots. thank you.

Very good training package although slightly tedious at times, very slow paced.

"How to use the fire extinguisher" paragraph was very good and very useful.

It covered all areas well and the visual pictures and video make it interesting and kept my attention. It was a shock / turn off that there were 36 slides (still 29 to go), some only last a few seconds so perhaps some could be combined.

enjoyed test wasnt what expecting , was easy to follow with common sense used

This is an invaluable course for the workplace but points learned would also apply in a domestic setting. Information is given clearly and precisely and is broken down into small steps with an overview at the end of each module. The facility to replay individual videos to recap is useful.

This programme was ok but could be more consistant. Some areas were discussed in great depth and detail, whilst others were neglected.

Ienjoyed doing the course and found it very helpful
