Whether you have undertaken fire training before or this is your first time, I would recommend you go through this one as it was particularly clear and concise, and pitched to meet the understanding of people at all levels. It was easy to understand and very well paced, used mini tests at the end to access how much knowledge had been sucessfully retained. Well Done!

The interface was very easy to use, the questions were challenging but not too difficult, and the content was informative and engaging. I particularly enjoyed the fire safety module.

The course was informative and concise.

It was in easy to use sections to break it down into bitesize chunks.

The only section that was too long was thye types of extiguishers that exist.

Comprehensive but short enough to maintain concentration. Some of the videos did not work smoothly, which may have been my internet connection.

(1) The 'tests' are so simple as to render the whole thing fairly pointless. (2) As this takes place during busy working hours, please indicate where a video can be skipped wherever possible. (3) The interactive should not run in fullscreen, as we need to check time, email and volume control.
