Easy to complete in the workplace

The only problem was not all the videos worked on how to see the fire extinguishers worked ......they were just blank. Also I did the first part and then came back later but had to do the whole thing all over again as it did not recognise the earlier work.. Good and easy to learn from, thank you.

Thorough, perhaps too much detail and too long

Good mixture of video, diagrammes and verbal instruction. Extensive coverage of fire hazards and control procedures

The most important parts were covered. I liked the way small questions were asked along the way to see how the participant is getting on. The videos were useful as well as the ability to replay if necessary.

Enjoyable to listen too and interesting to watch, giving clear valid points without complicating it

the programme was helpful and informative however there was a lot of info to remember in a short space of time

We use the programme each time a new employee joins the company , which aids us when we carry out Fire Drill. We are presently refreshing employees as well as presenting it to new employees. i think the DVD is first class.

I found this training really useful, I learnt alot. Very good training.
