Easy to use & follow, have completed this in previous jobs, this was alot more user friendly

COURSE WAS EASY TO ACCESS, AND COVERED AREAS THAT IN NEED TO KNOW THOROUGHLY.

A very clear programme with videos and interaction that presents the subject matter clearly and concisely.

Really informative learning. Got a wee bit confused with the different extinguishers and had to go over section again. Most of it is common sesnse but reinforcing this common sense is good.

The combination of both theory and visual audio films showing how some things are done in practice is a good way of reinforcing some of the course data.

A great course, straight to the point and very informative.

There was a lot of useful and important information, but I feel it it was overlong. It is very difficult to concentrate for so long when there is a lot of work waiting to be done in the shop. I personally would prefer to read a written booklet that I could take home and spend time over.Margaret Barrington

I learned more from this training than I did with previous on-site training from companies. Very comprehensive and excellent value for money when all staff and volunteers can use it.

Was particularly good being able to view the various types of extinguishers in use on an actual fire; also to get more specific details on each and why they are good or bad for particular types of fire. Also, good to be able to control the pace and to delay if you wanted more time to read a particular section.

The whole of the video and presentation was excellant and easy to understand.
