I Thought the training program was excellent from the videos to the graphics and the final certificate at the end. I thought the main character who presented most of the videos was very good as he made you feel at ease and was someone you wanted to sit and listen to. I also enjoyed the challenge of finding the faults in the two scenarios, maybe something similar could be used for some of the other sections of the program. Excellent program overall and I even remembered some things I didn't' remember on previous classroom courses.

Training programme was very well structured and easy to navigate. The questions were worded well to avoid any confusion. Overall very happy with the content and explainations of this training programme.

I found the e-learning training very informative and easy to understand. Revising in sections and bullet points made it easy to remember. The practise questions gives a flavour of the test and I enjoyed completing the virtual tests.

The information was conveyed in a way that was easy to understand and remember.

Worth doing, although you would think common sense would take over if a fire were to ever break out, it was intresting to learn about the various extinguishers you can and can not use. I have most definately learnt something today!!

Good, comprehensive course, certainly heightens your awareness and what to do should a fire occur.
