Thought the videos contained clear instructions of what to do in the event of a fire.

Very thorough, maybe a little slow and some points repeated but I guess that helps it to stay in your memory.

I enjoyed the detailed and user friendly way to educate me about fire and fire safety. Easy to navigate around and a varied source of information ie videos, pictures, words etc, thank you!

Comprehensive and easy to understand

Very informative, however, not all females wear trousers to work and therefore showing bending at the knees with knees slightly apart is not always possible

Very thorough & informative, repeating the necessary yet more complex important details apropiately, such as differentiating betwenn different fire extinguishers.

Learnt a few things I did'nt know and the program was fun to do. Made me more cautious and now I am more aware of the dangers of fire around the work place and at home.

Handy to complete online, but as I work only part-time difficult to complete in one go especially as customers need to be attended to.
