A well thought out programme which is clear and precise in its delivery.
SIMPLE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND ACHIEVES WHAT IT SETS OUT TO DO. i HAVE A GREATER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CAUSES AND DANGERS OF FIRE AND WHAT I SHOULD DO IN MY WORKPLACE SHOULD A FIRE OCCUR.
I would have given the training four stars if I could have accessed the module without problems. There was a conflict with our education servers, meaning that I was coniinually frozen out of parts of the programme, constantly being prompted to repeat parts of the module, which I had already completed. It also wouldn't let me take the test; I had to call around our IT dept for support and was asked to do the module on another computer at another venue...not ideal!!The module covered the essentials and my awareness and knowledge of extinguishers, convection, tyeps of fires etc has increased.
An excellent, clear and easy to understand program, highly recommended.

Found programme interesting keeping my interest as not too long a session
I have just completed the fire awareness training and found it to be very clear and easy to follow.
Presentation and layout were excellent. All areas were covered in depth and points were well summarised. very effective use of narrative, bullet points, video, colours etcetera facilitated learning.
Great programme, easy to understand with lots of visual aids too.
I found this training programme very useful in that after having been in employment with various companies, I had never been taught this information. The use of videos, and especially the CGI elements, greatly helped to illustrate all the points covered.I only struggled with remembering all the different appropriate uses for each type of fire extinguishers. The fire triangle/tetrahedron was a great and memorable visual tool. If something like that - or perhaps memorable acronyms of some sort - could be created for the fire extinguishers that would be fantastic.
