This training was very informative and the visual aids really helped me to take in the information and advice given. It was good to have a combination of written and verbal information, which kept me interested and eager to learn more.

I prefered this training video to the Manual Handling as it had subtitles and you could pause it. Its sections are clear and it's very informative.
