The course was well thought out and easy to follow and complete

1 Nature of fire - Triangle of fire slide.States "heat can be removed from a fire by dousing it with water".What happens if the fire was caused by oil? This advice is surely very dangerous!

A lot of new terms are used that may be new to a lot of people. More basic language and simpler terms could be used. It is easy to be overwhelmed by scientific terms, in many cases simpler terms could be just as appropriate, less distracting thus more effective.

An excellent coverage of all aspects of what can cause a fire and how to respond to it. Detailing the regulations regarding signage and what messages that they convey.

Generaly very good. But, due to the programme not loading correctly it was very intermittent. This meant I had to continualy wait for the next session to load, very frustrating.

For some reason the film clip wouldn't download on the test section on my home PC so I had to guess the answer. The test wouldn't run on my laptop because I could not get the full screen to show, so the test bottom on the bottom of the screen wasn't there which meant I couldn't actually proceed to the test itself. I couldn't use my ipad because it doesn't work on that.All very frustrating.

Might ne nice to know about fire fighting or get a definitive statement not to fight fires. The course introduced fire fighting and discouraged it ....

Found that some of the questions in the test didn't fit the screen once a question had been answered took me awhile to fiddle about with the controls to get onto the next question.
