Though the level was fairly elementary, it did make a good general refresher that people of all levels should be able to follow. The range of first time correct answers should give a measure of effectiveness.

Good combination of graphics and videos with oral presentation. Easy to follow.

The convection section video was not working so I had to guess that bit. Each section can take a while to load up. Having the extra voice was good. I don't think the workplace models work very well. It ought to be like a test where you can indicate the answer and you're then told if you're right. The test is prety basic!

Very good run through of the essentials to avoid stupid actions. Testing could be a bit more thorough. I found it would have been possible to pass the test on general knowledge

A good refresher on an important subject. Could probably covered more detail on Arson and how, if possible, to raise awareness

The subtitle option is awkward to display on screen if you are unable to listen to the commentary as it block part of the informatino

the programme was very well produced and formatted, mixing video and text in a logical step-by-step explanatory process

Thought the program was extremely useful and I also enjoyed the fact I could go in and out of the videos as they were short. This is useful in work time when you have customers and urgent work to deal with.
