Good mixture of visual, written, and aural delivery. Good to have interactive exercises.

The training was done in a nice and simple layout. Refreshing to be able to do something like this online rather than having to sit in a room for an entire day.

The training programme was well put together and very easily understood.

The program is buggy and several times the vidoes did not load correctly or operate. i did manage to get through the session and take the test eventually.. generally, (when I could see it) the information is quite good, but the constant freezing of the vidioes and incomplete pages is a pain to deal with.

I found the infoormation on extinguishers heavy going with reference to various laws etc distracting from my need to know info.
