I found this training very imformative and helpful.

The training programme was suitably intensive to ensure that I have the correct knowledge for fire awareness. I enjoyed the slide show and the use of video throughout; it helped me retain the information. I am now more confident in the work place should the situation arise.

i found the online course engaging and informative, the subject matter was clearly explained throughout, and was presented in away that promoted a commonsense attitude to fire awareness.

I am now more aware of fie awareness and am pleased to have taken the course

As some of the slides did not open i feel i did not have the full information i needed to get 100% Overall the training was lengthy but also informative.

I was perplexed when -after doing test,printing certificate,there was no record of such and i had to start it again. Why shoild this have happened ?(I wasn't the only person who found this)

I found this programme easy to follow, informative and relevant to the office environment in which I usually work.

As some of the slides did not open i had to guess some of the answers.I feel this why i only got 90%.
