Easy to complete very self explanatory. At times long winded tries to tell you how to suck eggs.

I thought the programme was good because I found the information easy to understand and I liked the way the questions were written.

I now feel aware of the hazards and how to react when a fire is present.

Clear, comprehensive coverage of risks, fire types, and appropriate actions. Opportunities to refect upon and test understanding. Clear videos to illustrate instructions.

Generally useful and helpful, but the sound on some of the slides (those that did not have a video) did not work.

A useful course that provides clear instruction and is delivered at the correct level to maintain interest without losing the purpose of the training.

Clear and concise. Short enough not to interrupt to much work time.
