The programme was easy to use and allowed for interruptions. The information was given in a clear, concise and factual manner and was easy to remember.
fine - good to have subtitles and user-owned pacing
Found the Fire training very useful, refreshed my awareness and key things to remember in the event of a fire, better understanding of fire extinguisher types and use.
This was the first time that I have used this type of on line training, and found it surprisingly useful. The content "Fire Awareness" is pretty dry, but necessary to learn. The two presenters were fairly dry, especially the Fire Officer. This could be improved. The "spot the hazard" picture was a wasted opportunity to make one think. The whole session could have more impact as far as a learning tool if the important practical points could have been brought together better at the end.
Thought i knew alo, but realised i did'nt
i think that could be done ever 6 months as a refresher ,not the test at the end.if a reminder was sent.
The programme was very easy to follow and benefited from the switch between diagrams, interviews and videos, to hold the participant's attention.
Easy to just skip the conent and just complete the quiz. See this as just a paper exercise, not very educational.
Well structured training programme, covering all angles.
Explains the risks and causes of fire and how to deal with it using the correct equipment and procedures. The videos showing exactly how to use the different types of fire extinguishers is much easier to understand than just using pictures. The warehouse and office hazard awareness tests show how easy it is to ignore everyday objects as actual hazards to both possible causes of fire and evacuation if one occurs. Overall, this is a very good training course.
