While undertaking this course, I learned many useful things, I did not know how to use a fire extinguisher and this course helped me with that.
The programme was very clear and easy to understand. There was good use of visual aids which helped in the understanding of the dangers around fire and enforced the importnace of good fire safety awareness.
The information was well organised and presented. Great to be able to complete online rather than half/full days training.
