i found it very user friendly and intervactive.

Although I realise that the test should be acessible for a variety of users, I wonder whether there could be a more dynamic approach to the delivery, or even a choice of activities which test the same knowledge, but in different ways?

I found the video's and information to be very clear, helpful and explained in a good way. The layout of each section was straight forward and easy to understand. I found the video's to be most helpful as it showed good practical use of the extinguishers (where appropriate. Each section was timed just right, to take on board the information.

Clear and easy to understand.

Explained key points well. Now have a better understanding of the risks and causes of fires.

The fire training was simple to complete, informative in terms of what it taught me and comprehensive in that it seemed to cover all the necessary information.

Covers, theoretical and practical points in multimedia format.

It is good to be reminded and up-dated on fire precaution, use of fire extinguishers etc.
