I felt the programme was very good and very imformative. I liked the way it broke it down into sections rather than one long film. it gave me for time to take things in. I also liked the test questions at the end of each segment. All in all I think it was a good programme.

Easy to do and understand, each section was explained very well and showed the importance of fire safety superbly

If you had no idea about the training it may score higher, but to some-one that already has some experience it was repetitive .

Concise, information, clear examples dispatched in a user friendy way - great!

This remonds you of things you may not have remembered after 12 months, and updates knowledge.

The training was very good but I feel it was far too in-depth for 'Jo Public' I think it could have been far less intense!
