The programme offered all the information I needed, but I felt it could have been condensed as it was very time consuming. It offered all the information I needed and I like that at the end of each section there was a test question.
I found it very usefull and a good reminder of fire safety.
the trianing fire officer does not do things the way halton council train people on there fire wardens course so giving out mixed messages.
