Visual content works for me rather than a verbal training session. The programme contained other elemnets relating to fires that I wasn't aware of. Delivered in a simple, no nonsense fashion.

If you have any glimmer of common sense you can do the test and questions and score highly without doing the course . the programme bears no relation to the fact that in the event of fire you will get out asap,by the safest and quickest way,without being concerned with if it was conduction etc.For example when a fire bell sounds I just go sraight out the fire exit to the muster point. It would be far more useful to have more drills.

good clear examples, expert videos were good

I have done several fire training courses/videos. This still managed to teach me something new and it was easy to follow. The hazard detection exercise was difficult though as the screen jumped around as I tried to click on the loose cable hazard on both pictures.

Very comprehensive

This was comprehensive and educational. however the sound was a little hard to follow at times.

Easy and quick questions

I learnt many new things dispite having been on fire training before in other job roles. I especially found the description of the different types of fire and the description of the right fire extinguishers to use as this has been updated.

Found DVD to be informative and provided the right level of information on fire safety and awareness.
