I thought the programme was very thorough and informative and I learnt new things about fire that I didn't know before.

Very informative and well laid out. Goes through each topic is good detail.

Informative, with helpful videos and text to get up to date.

We all think we can remember from doing it the previous year, but a memory jog is good practice

I did have problems with the sound 1st and then could not answer the questions at the end. The programme kept not letting me go back to that point. However I did ring the number provided and the staff there were very helpful - although it did delay me being able to complete the training by 2 days.
