Its important to repeat this at odd intervals so that we are all reminded and up to date with fire hazard training.
Much improved this year and far easier to follow.
I found the training to be clear and thorough. I will now familiarise myself with the extinguishers we have at work and seek the plan of action.
This type of training option provides the flexibility for workforce undertaking at times convenient to each section and types of staff.
The dvd wasnt enough to absorb informatuon. It needed a proper tutor and a workshop topic so people can understand properly.

Easy to follow, nice clear instructions. Any problems there is a help line, and the team are brilliant!
A good interactive training material that you can come back to if interrupted. Not time consuming but covers the essentials.
