A great way to learn
Good mixture of visual aids, videos, audio and text
This course conveys some very important information for all people in the workplace to know and understand, however the online course is too long to hold peoples attention for the full 45 minutes. It would be much better if the course was shortened to 20-25mins.
I found the programme very user friendly and have gained a lot of knowledge from its video clips and summaries.

A good programme very interesting and informative.
I found the whole thing very informative in an easy to understand manner. Simple language, clean graphics and video, no frills and fancies. It made me feel confident that I would know what to do if the situation arose. Subtitles were a great help as sitting in the middle of open plan office with no headphones! Would be good if could print it out for future reference / reminders.
