The training was very useful,and informative
The vedios were usefull to picture situations and remember them better. The information covred all aspect of the subject. The language was easyly understood. The presenter who spoke was very clear and had ralxing tone of voice which would help a listener to focus more and learn effenciently.

The overall training was very good and the presenter was clear and concise with the information. I liked the "mini test" at the end of each section, which reinforced the knowledge learnt.

Interesting programme. Good use of videos to break things up and keep the attention. Good bite sized chunks of information and well placed questions throughout.
Straight forward
I thought there was far too much information on fire extinguishers given that the rest of the training is all about raising the alarm and evacuating the building.. In a commercial setting, I don't think anyone is likely to be tackling a fire with a fire extinguisher.
