Very useful information. The range of extinguishers for different kinds of fires is quite confusing but it was generally clearly explained. However one of the test answer choices concerning the foam extinguisher referred to it cooling the fire as well as excluding oxygen. Even though I went back to review this section of the programme it still did not seem clear about the cooling effect.

I found it interesting plus enjoyed doing the quiz at the end . Thank you

Informative but a lot of information to take in in one go. Great to see how to use a fire extinguisher. I found it interesting but a lot of colleagues got bogged down in the conduction/convection/radiation technical stuff.

The course was indeed full of vital information which could save lives if proper proceedures are followed in a fire outbreak situation. In my opinion, a refresher course should take place every year so a person stays in touch with the correct procedures without checking the book.

Gives good understanding of work practices regarding the fire scenario

Have never done something like this before and found it very informative and easy to understand and follow. I have learnt alot from the training session which i hope will prove useful in the future.

Test ensured that video and info had to be watched/understood/retained to get answers correct. Additional details regarding fire class and extinguisher class was welcome and more in depth than usual training.
