This training is clear, user friendly, & easy to use. It can be fitted into your normal working day all in one sitting or in bite sized chunks & is easy to resume after any interruptions. Good audio / visual training, practical, easy to remember & you can rerun each section if necessary.

Programme froze during test at final question ???? Had to force a shutdown ............

This is an excellant induction resource and we use it for all our new members of staff.

specific and informative in understanding how fires start, the movement and effects of smoke and how to understand and use different types of fire extinguisher.

It takes way too long to load each clip, it starts and stops as you go through so you never have a full section delivered in one go which causes frustration. It can stop as many as 8 times in one clip. This makes training which is essential feel like a waste of resources when there is so much other work to do. It is not a time efficient way to train because of this problem. It is far quicker to just read the subtitles, which is a shame as this style of learning could be so effective and flexible otherwise. Please do not publish my review.
