Glad to have passed first time. Good test

gave me all the correct information. It was fine

I found the programme easy to follow and understand but I was also aware of the time issue and pressed the wrong keys a couple of times, I would advise someone to go through it first and then do the questions.

Very comprehensive coverage

The information was delivered as if it is the first time I have ever had fire training. Most people would skip over a lot of information because of this. Why not have a Beginner or Refreshers option with the training ?

Apart from the slow internet, which caused problems within Smiths, the site was easy to use and was nice not to feel rushed or timed over taking the test.

The course was well written etc and informative. However the graphics and interactive part let's it down imho.

A useful guide of a sensible length to enable completion during the working day.
