Programme got stuck on one test question
Why does the fireman not wear, protective gogles when spraying, you can see him half closeing his eyes. When he does the fire balnket fire drill, he puts ajacket on to protect his bare arms, but does not put on gloves to protect his hands.
Some parts were good but who will remember the different types of fires and which extinguisher to use? A lot of information to digest. Perhaps splitting it into 2 separate DVDs might work. Much harder to follow than the manual handling DVD.

Navigation very poor when you get to final test
It was detailed and clear. However, when you've attended several fire safety course in a previous life it would be nice to be able to jump straight to the quiz.
A bit more complicated due to the different types of fire extinguishers and putting the fires out
Easy to dip in and out of when you work in a busy office and are interrupted all the time!
