Very informative and beneficial

Simple to understand and beneficial especially in regards to extinguishers which apart from water one I wouldn't have known what to use.

5/5
Easy to follow and very clear.

The information was to the point, factual and accurate. The sessions were easy to follow and not too long with too much talking 'at you'. There was a good balance of video and written information and there were no irriating people presenting-which is always a bonus! Well done-good course.

The problem with completing the awareness program at your desk is the distraction of other work colleauges working and noise level distractions.

Very Good - simple and precise

Doesn't get tangled up with too heavy explanations and technical jargon whilst placing sufficient emphasis on the relevance for personal safety and immediate response as being paramount in potentially saving lives. Just a comment from my days of conducting Safety Training/Inductions - when I came to defining immediate vacation of working areas/office facilities, one chap said that he had to pick up his car keys as he had just bought an new car. My response was that the new car was simply a piece of metal which could be replaced whereas his arms, legs, torso could not ! - he accepted my justification without further question.

5/5
Clear and concise

Good clear graphics and videos. Up to date. A facility to immediately retake the last question would be useful in case of an errant click! (E.g. I never once believed that fire doors should be kept locked!!)
