The course contained lots of interesting information. It was easy to navigate and understand. I used the subtitles though and one of the questions should have shown a clip, but this did not load. Not sure if this was related to using subtitles.

The structure of the training was helpful and easy to follow. it didn't give too much information at once which allowed you to take in the correct information.

The way the course was presented made it easy to follow ... the sections were not too daunting or too lengthy and the multiple choice questions which followed were encouraging. The fact that you could re-take the test as many times as you wanted meant the information was reinforced.. and in my case repeated until I scored 10-0%!

Very clearly presented using diagrams, video clips and fire officers.

We take things for granted and its all our responsibility at work to make sure we work in a safe place and know correctly what to do in a fire,

It was helpful to be reminded about what to do to prevent a fire and if a fire actually occurred. I feel more confident now.

basic common sense really but good to be made more aware of different types of extinguishers and signs

Good clear coverage of a complex subject. It was a good reminder of what to do, when and with what. As someone who's had to tackle a fire in the past I would say that training is critically important

An informative and accessible program with a well structured test at the end
