I found this training easy to use and very informative, explianing things in laymens terms so I could understand.

brilliant. easy to follow, easy to understand, and set out in language I could understand . invaluable information and well worth the time it took to complete.

Found that quite a few of the slides/videos did not download or show properly, therefore meaning that I did not know if there was anything new within the training. Fortunately I have had quite a bit of Fire Awareness training over the years, and found that the questions were straight forward and as long as you applied common sense, you can get through it. If I had been new to this I would have struggled. Not sure if it was our IT problem or your videos, but have raised the question here as well.
