It was good but felt like it was telling you really simple stuff in a rather boring way having to wait for all the videos to load was really annoying would rather have it so you could read it and watch the videos if you wanted to..

Im glad the training is short & sweet. After so many time's it gets boring, at least this does not take that long

This is a good quality, concise training course, which is clear and easy to follow. It acts as both a good way of learning what you need to know about the topic, or as a refresher course. The topic is covered in a clear and logical format. The video clips are useful, especially in learning to operate different fire extinguisher types.

It is a great programme to learn about fire safety, well structured, very informative and not boring.

Much of this was obvious. Some was scientifically incorrect. Some was unnecessary.

With experience the training program is a good refresher, but with little or no experience there may be not enough understanding of what fire is capable of doing. The examples by the fire service are a good demonstration of the basic extinguisher use, but an office or store room demonstration would be more beneficial to show smoke and escape routes.

The programme was easy to understand, very informative, functional and cost effective.
