Really interesting stuff, very informative.

Covers al the in fo needed- good that it showed how and when to use the different types of extinguishers-reiterrated the need to get out and not to tackle anything too much for one person/one extinguisher to do !!!!

This is an engaging interactive format that ensures that the training is absorbed and tested at the end.

The only problem with this kind of programme is the frequent freezing of the programme and having to refresh it. It is quite long, which I realise is very necessary, but you can't move on to the next questions/information as fast as one needs to when you are already in the know on some aspects. This is due to the loading at each phase which is very slow is slow, and quite often it needs re-loading. In the workplace one should have quiet time to be free from work to read, think and complete this programme adequately, which was not the case here as I am extremely busy in the workplace all day long i.e no free time to do this given the length of time required to complete

Very simple to understand & easy to navigate through.

A good reminder of the hazards within an office/work environment. Also provides greater confidence for the wider workforce should they be confronted with a fire and faced with the decision as to whether they should tackle it or not. I was surprised how easy the extinguishers are to use and operate.

Easy to follow, clear instructions, time to digest information.
