A very useful course to run as part of an employees induction into a business. Ihasco have cut this course down to essentials that an employee should be aware of without over complicating the material. I find this medium of running course's much more successful than group sessions it allows the candidate to move along at their own pace with options to recap on any area they are unsure. With the test at the end the course it still ensures the materials have been absorbed.
Very easy to follow and understand, nice to be told straight away when you get one wrong.
