Excellent content however the sound varied considerably through the session (quite / loud). After completing the course it showed up as incomplete, I believe the reason for this bug is that I printed off the certificate before receiving the email notification of completion. For the other three modules I waited for the email before printing and no concerns or bugs where found. I have seen this problem before on other software packages. I t may be worthwhile adding a note or prompt to the page.

Very good

A very good course, which is very detailed and informative. However, it might be better if it could be made a little shorter, so that is could fit in more readily with work commitments.

very good and well laid out.

well laid out and accurate. the programme is very easy to use and the information is to the point and informative. Great to use with new personal and as a refresher with great results.

5/5
Easy to follow and understand

The course is split into logical steps and easy to understand sections that focused on the key points. The summaries were helpful to reinforce the main messages of what to remember in case of file, what to do to protect yourself and others and how to deal with different fire situations.
