I felt that it was an invaluable session and usefully and practically delivered, it was clear, coherent and user friendly. The interactive nature aided the learning process well combined with the clear narrative.
East to use and follow.I liked that I could take as much time as I needed to read and fully understand all the information as i went through each of the sections.Feel as if I now have a good understanding of how fire spreads and which type of extinguisher to use in the event of fire.
Helpful but not easy to find all 10 mistakes in the warehouse despite spending ages looking!

The training covered all the essential points that I would need to react to a fire and to tackle it, if safe to do so. The test was at an appropriate level. Easy to follow and digest.
The test buttons kept freezing and returned answers that I did not give
good to do but will take along time for everyone to do it as said before should be able to do it as a department.
