This is a very comprehensive training programme which is both interesting and thought provoking.

I have taken a few fire trainings before but this is by far the best I've ever encountered

The training was most informative without being overly detailed or dragging out. A good mixture of show and tell, video and interaction.

The course was very good and was very clear with the introduction of videos.

The information was presented in a clear, precise manner that enabled the important facts to be retained easily. The fire extinguisher demonstrations were good - when seen in real life it was easier to relate to than just having written instructions. This was one of the better fire safety courses I have taken over the years. It gave me lots to think about.

Clear segments of information and varied visual content with a range of tables and demonstrations by a fire officer particularly instructive !

Communicated easily

Very good straight forward training. Easy to stop and start when necessary as I completed it at work.

informative and easy course to follow

I found the videos very informative on using each type of Extinguisher and use of the fire blanket as I work in a school kitchen. The presenter had a very easy to listen to voice. The website was very easy to operate.
