clear and usable, took a little long. Ii does not replace an effective personalised presentation on the subject however.

Relatively easy to understand, well presented and user-friendly.

I understood everything clearly, there was a range of exercises and visuals used which made it interesting. I feel like I learnt a lot and have enjoyed the flexibility to do it on my own.

It's not in french version... please translate this formation

Excellent programme

Very good.

I understand the need for fire safet and all but so much of it is common sense and very basic stuff that people should already know. Some useful bits of information but the programme is so boring that it was putting me to sleep

Educational and helpful

Easy to follow, I have learnt a lot from it and will try to remember as much as possible in case I ever need to use the information
