Thorough and easy to follow.
Informative and effective training program
Very informative. Did feel a little long winded in parts. The tests at the end of each section were a helpful recap.
gives you all the imformation that you need in a simple way
clear to use. information was delivered in a way which was easy to remember

I learnt a number of good things
slow at conveying the information, unnecessary information (do we need to know that 80% of firms close after a fire as a health and safety matter?)Speech is a slow information technique, try a bullet point approach.The tone of the presentation quickly disenfranchises anyone with a modicum of general knowledge.
This course was easy to understand and kept the information to the point and in short sections. There is a lot to take it and learn but it is done in such a way that you pick it up quickly. Some of it is common sense too.
