This fire training programme is easy to follow and gives you the chance to go back if done wrongly

This is training we complete at our workplace on a yearly basis. While it is very useful a refresher course would be benefital rather than completing the whole programme.

found this programme easy to follow and understand and covered all aspects of fire training.

The video covered the nature of a fire & its fuel; the various types of fire & causes of a fire. It showed you how to use the different fire extinguishers and which types of fire they would be used for. It covered fire risks and how to prevent them and what to identify as a fire risk at your place of work. Signage was identified, explained and displayed with a test to establish if you can recognise the warnings. The film was clear, thorough and concise. Have no improvements to suggest. Overall the video and test was extremely helpful and useful.

The Training course is produced very well. Would have gotten 5 Stars if there hadn't been problems during the test of not being able to click on the answer. I had to 'skip' questions because it wouldn't allow me to 'click on it' so my score ended up being lower then it should have.

At one point the fire officer failed to speak at decibel level of the other videos. Correct this, and should be perfect.

Made me realise how little I knew about fire safety but was succinct and informative in delivering the message.
