An introduction to the causes of fire and how to keep safe. A good section on safely fighting fire and the proper use of appropriate fire extinguishers. An essential for all staff

Some important information was masked by the information boxes. The sound level varied quite a lot.

Information was clearly laid out and was easy to follow.

This programme has been updated since I took it last year. The use of clips and videos has increased making it clearer and easier to understand. The summary slides are good, as notes can be made from these to refer to later. Useful slides included stating what the information means to you - helps put the training into context in your work place.

A very informative programme which was easy to follow & to digest the very important information it included. Well presented & a good use of review at the end of each session.

Found the information really easy to understand, liked the fact there was an subtitle option as I did not have acess to headphones. Video quality was also very good and clear to see what was being explained even though I had no acess to sound.

Helps to make some sense of all those signs that are apparently just there for decoration, UNTIL YOU NEED THEM! along with a fire extinguisher.
