I couldn't get the 'print certificate' button to print certificate, I had done this test 2 weeks ago & got 100%, couldnt print certificate so redone only achieved 80% as forgot some of the answers - but still couldn't print certificate by pressing button ???

Easy to do on line , pitch of information just right. Especially liked the fire extinguisher section and actual demos of testing them first .

The first time i have become aware of what the different fire extinguishers do and the consequences of applying an incorrect one.

I really enjoy it and it was easy to follow

sound was not very good but all in all a good programme

The training is good and informative but it concerns me that an employer is able to shift reponsibility to the employee in this manner. I remember when all employees were sent onto fire awareness training courses and spent a morning with the fire service where I got to handle fire extinguishers and fire blankets which for me was far more memorable and drove the message home far better.
